The final component to the program is our Youth Essay Contest Awards Ceremony. The "The True Meaning of Memorial Day" writing contest was designed to create an educational awareness involving the youth in our communities so they can learn more about the sacrifice and service of our nation's veterans. Following the program\, a pancake breakfast will be provided for all.
