DESCRIPTION:This spring the Lodi Chamber of Commerce is bringing a bit of the Islands to the School Street Wine Stroll showcasing Lodi wineries\, merchants and entertainment. Get out your hawaiian shirts and grass skirts because the wine is ready\, the theme is set...we're having an island wine stroll you'll never forget!\n\n\n\nUp to 25 Lodi Wineries will be pouring their wines in shops and boutiques. Wineries will be paired with merchants for an evening of wine\, food\, shopping and entertainment. Guests can taste award-winning wines\, meet the vintners and enjoy appetizers provided by hosting merchants.\n\n\n\nYou may pick-up purchased tickets prior to the Stroll at Will-Call located at the Lodi Chamber of Commerce 35 S. School Street\, Monday-Thursday\, 8am to 5pm and Friday\, 8am to 4pm. Or\, at check-in the day of the event\, located in front of the Chamber beginning at 5:45pm. Tickets are not mailed.\n\nVisitors from Sacramento can hop aboard Amtrak and ride the rails to the Wine Stroll for as low as $20 per person\, round trip. The train delivers riders half a block from the event at 5:30pm and heads back to Sacramento at 10:30pm so passengers can enjoy an unforgettable evening in delightful Lodi. To purchase tickets visit www.Amtrak.com or call (800) 872-7245.\n\nFor guests wanting to make a weekend out of their Lodi Wine Stroll experience\, The Holiday Inn Express-Lodi is also offering a special discount for Wine Stroll guests. This weekend package is for $189/night\, and includes: two Wine Stroll tickets\, one night stay (double occupancy)\, full hot breakfast\, early check-in\, and a late 2pm check out. To make reservations please call 209-210-0150 and request the Spring Wine Stroll Package.
