Spend Thanksgiving at Americana House, where Chef Charlie Palmer's team brings Lodi's harvest to the table so you can leave the cooking (and the dishes) behind and savor the day with family and friends. The three-course prix-fixe menu starts with Parker House rolls and whipped maple butter, followed by choices like a harvest chicory salad or Dungeness crab toast, a PT Ranch turkey feast with all the trimmings, Cabernet-braised short rib or roasted king salmon, and desserts including pumpkin spice panna cotta.
