The Chamber staff has shifted a gear- and the new gear is called "Reopen Business." We are preparing toolkits to help our chamber member businesses jumpstart reopening your business safely, as well as helping your old & new customers understand the best way to patronize your business. To that end, you can find a few other projects we are working on below:

• Schedule a "Lifting Lodi" Reopening Celebration anytime between now and July 31st. We'll bring Chamber Members and staff to join you as you open your business once again. It will be a time to promote what you sell and what services you provide to the public. The Chamber will advertise your reopening celebration- similar to ribbon cuttings- and help with any scheduling you might need. To put this celebration together, contact Marina Narvarte at MNarvarte@LodiChamber.com ASAP. 
• Lifting Lodi Businesses Video Campaign- Last week, we announced the new Lifting Lodi Businesses campaign. You can read about it here. We are posting videos on our platforms from business owners, like yourselves, to promote YOU our members. We encourage you to submit a video so it can be shared by us, and some of our Lodi counterparts, to gain thousands of new views and eyes on your store. The 90 second or less video should include 1. who you are and what you sell, 2. how you're keeping employees and customers safe during COVID-19, and 3. any promotional sales or services you may be providing (including any Reopening Celebration you've scheduled with us). You can submit your selfie-style video to Elisa Bubak at EBubak@LodiChamber.com to get into the rotation.
• Reopening Toolkit- last, but certainly not least, we are putting together a reopening toolkit of which 90% of the signs, guidelines, and social distancing protocol information can be found. Remember, it is very important to communicate what you're doing to keep your customers safe during this time. And to also stay as up to date as possible with regulations coming from the state and county. The toolkit will be available online next week. 

In other good news, your Lodi District Chamber of Commerce is OPEN Monday - Thursday 9AM - 4PM (closed Noon - 1PM for lunch). Stop by and say hi to the staff, make an appointment, or come in and let us know how we can serve you. We're incredibly happy to be "back" to work, although for us, the work never really stopped. Just a step towards normalcy, and we are excited to see the rest of Lodi Businesses follow suit here shortly.
