PASSENGER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE LEAD

Working under direction of the Passenger Services Supervisor and responsible to the Director of Rail Services, Passenger Services Representative (PSR) Lead is responsible for the daily oversight of customer service, Operations Monitoring Center (OMC) and onboard passenger services activities to include, but not limited to, visual fare inspection, providing customer service, monitoring train movement, tracking and reporting information, and reviewing department policies and procedures.
