Pacific Coast Producers (PCP) is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead their production facility in Lodi, overseeing quality, food safety, and a seasonal workforce of over 800 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Direct all aspects of plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality production
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with supply, demand, and capacity
- Own operating and capital budgets and drive corrective actions
- Champion food safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, SQF, HACCP, HARPC, GMPs)
- Build and coach strong teams; partner with union leadership
- Lead continuous improvement and capital project initiatives
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food manufacturing (aseptic processing, canning, or similar preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced, unionized setting
- Strong operational and financial acumen
Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 per year, plus annual profit-sharing bonus eligibility.
