The Kautz family, owners of Bear Creek Winery, announced the acquisition of a portfolio of California wine and beverage brands from Thomas Allen Winery owner Allan Lombardi, including Hook or Crook Cellars, Provenance Vineyards and Weekday Wines. Ironstone Vineyards' national sales and distribution partner, Quintessential, will represent the newly acquired brands.
