"Cindy for Cindy" is a fundraiser for Ovarian Cancer Awareness. Registration is $35 till 3/31, which will entitle you to participation in event, Event T-Shirt and a BBQ. The participation in the event will be a benchmark CrossFit Workout of the Day called Cindy - 10 min AMRAP of 5 Pull Ups (bands are available), 10 Push Ups & 15 Air Squats. Assistance and modification for all these workouts are available for those that need it. This is a great time for new beginners to try out CrossFit and do it for a great cause! Come hang with the CrossFit community and get to know them! There will be food, drinks, music, raffle items, vendors and much more! You do not have to participate you can come watch it and t-shirts are available for sale online!
