GaryDon Ricks & the Would Be Famous Band will perform a benefit dinner concert at the San Joaquin County Historical Museum in Micke Grove Park on Saturday, August 13. The Museum grounds will open at 6 p.m., with a New York steak dinner served at 7 p.m., followed by the “progressive country” concert and dancing under the stars. Tickets are $60 per person and can be purchased before August 10 at the Museum or by calling (209) 331-2055 or e-mailing events@sanjoaquinhistory.org. The County Historical Museum was established in 1966 and is celebrating its golden anniversary all year; this concert will also honor San Joaquin County dairies, dairymen, and ranchers. All proceeds benefit the operation of the Museum in Micke Grove Park.
