Oil Painting Workshop with Marilyn Eger • Dates: Each Class is Two Sessions - see dates below • Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Two sessions) • Instructor: Marilyn Eger • Audience: High School – Adult | Experience Level: All Levels • Class Size: Limited to 6–9 students Workshop Overview Bring your creativity to life in this hands-on painting workshop with local artist Marilyn Eger. In this two-part session, you’ll create a painting based on your own photo — the subject is completely up to you! Before class begins, tone your canvas with a warm color so it’s ready to go. Be sure to bring two versions of your photo (one color, one black & white), printed at the same size as your canvas. You’ll use carbon paper to transfer your image and begin painting under Marilyn’s expert guidance. Throughout the class, Marilyn will provide personalized instruction in: • Composition and color theory • Color mixing techniques • Individual coaching to help you complete your piece Workshop Fees Members: $100 for both sessions Non-Members: $145 for both sessions Optional Materials Fee: Add $25 if using the instructor’s supplies (bring your own toned canvas) Payment due in advance.
