Big Valley Ford is hiring a Body Shop Journeyman Technician to perform collision, structural, and frame repairs at their Stockton dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Perform collision repairs including structural, frame, and body work to manufacturer and safety standards
- Inspect vehicle damage and execute accurate repair plans
- Ensure repairs meet quality control requirements
- Maintain productivity in a production-based environment
- Communicate with estimators and team members
- Keep work area clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant
Qualifications:
- I-CAR certification required
- Previous collision repair/body shop experience
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 and able to pass a background check and drug screening
Compensation: $34 per hour guaranteed base pay, plus production-based bonus opportunities.
