Big Valley Ford is hiring a Fleet Sales Representative to build relationships with businesses, municipalities, and commercial customers seeking fleet vehicles at their Stockton dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial and government fleet customers
- Prospect for new accounts through networking and referrals
- Recommend vehicles and fleet solutions based on customer needs
- Prepare fleet proposals, quotes, and specifications
- Manage ongoing customer accounts after the sale
- Meet sales goals while maintaining strong customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required; automotive, fleet, or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check and drug screen
Schedule: Full-time, commission-based compensation structure.
Compensation: $48,000-$120,000 per year (uncapped commission potential).
